Our Mission
The House of Happiness was established to address the growing disaffection and the widespread struggle for purposeful living in our modern world. As societies grapple with technological upheaval, traditional institutions often falter, leaving individuals displaced and emotionally vulnerable. Hopelessness, anxiety, depression, and a loss of self have fostered a culture of fatalism. The House of Happiness exists to counteract this perilous trend by fostering wholeness, creativity, and connection.
Our Vision
We envision a society where individuals rediscover the joy of living, rooted in balance, self-awareness, and authentic expression. The House of Happiness is a space where people from all walks of life—students, professionals, artists, seekers—can embark on a journey of healing, creativity, and transformation.
Why House of Happiness?
Conventional approaches to wellness—especially biomedicine alone—have struggled to address the deep psycho-emotional wounds prevalent today. The House of Happiness offers an alternative: an integrative and artistic modality that heals not just the mind, but the spirit. Here, therapy transcends the clinical, becoming a lived experience of art, service, and communion with life.
Our Modality
At the heart of our work lies Chetna Synthesis, a transformative, integrative practice co-created by Glenville Ashby and Nisha Luthra.
This Method Blends
Chetna Synthesis
Chetna Synthesis is concise, adaptable, and designed for everyone. After a brief intake and assessment, a personalized program is created, which may take the form of individual practice or group workshops. Programs range from one-day intensives to one-month hybrid studies, tailored to each participant’s needs.
Who Get Benefits
The infirm and emotionally burdened are in need of hope and renewal. Anyone desiring to rediscover the wonderments of life.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Every journey begins with a comprehensive intake session – a one-hour reflective consultation to identify personal needs, goals, and aspirations. This candid dialogue sets the foundation for success. Following this, a bespoke plan is presented, comprising tailored workshops and/or one-to-one reconstructive sessions.

My sessions with Mr. Glenville Ashby have been knowledgeable and really enjoyable. His teachings provide me with a new perspective of myself, family, and the world. As a 12-year-old boy I lean on his advice, especially in a competitive school environment. I now have a greater appreciation for my classes, and have had better relationships with my teachers and peers. I am more responsible and I have seen an improvement in my study habits and academic performance. Our weekly sessions are serious but there is always time for some laughs. I look forward to our work together because I have seen how it has changed me for the better.
